I. Product Overview

The German BEINING lithium iron phosphate battery series is an advanced energy storage product line designed for high energy density, long cycle life, and fast charging requirements. LiFePO4 chemistry offers higher safety and longer service life, making it a superior upgrade alternative to traditional lead-acid batteries. This series is equipped with an intelligent battery management system and is widely used in data centers, electric vehicles, solar energy storage, telecommunication base stations, and other fields.

LiFePO4 chemistry is one of the safest among all commercial lithium chemistries, featuring a much higher thermal runaway initiation temperature and no oxygen release during decomposition.

II. Core Technical Advantages

High Energy Density

Lithium iron phosphate batteries offer significantly higher gravimetric and volumetric energy density compared to lead-acid batteries. For the same capacity, a lithium battery weighs approximately one-third of a lead-acid battery and occupies approximately half the volume. Long Cycle Life

Lithium iron phosphate batteries are rated for more than 2000 cycles at 80 percent depth of discharge, which is three to five times that of lead-acid batteries. Fast Charging Capability

Lithium iron phosphate batteries can accept very high charging currents, reaching 90 percent of capacity in less than two hours and full charge in four hours. This feature is critical for multi-shift electric equipment or UPS systems in locations with frequent short-duration outages.

Wide Temperature Adaptability

Lithium iron phosphate batteries operate normally across a temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃, with superior low-temperature performance compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.

LiFePO4 chemistry offers extremely high thermal stability, with a thermal runaway initiation temperature significantly higher than other lithium battery chemistries. No oxygen is released even under extreme conditions, ensuring safety.

III. Intelligent Battery Management System

BEINING lithium iron phosphate batteries are equipped with a dedicated intelligent battery management system featuring:

Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitors individual cell voltages, cell temperatures, and pack current.

Cell Balancing: Balances cell voltages during charging to prevent any cell from exceeding its maximum voltage.

Safety Protection: Automatically disconnects the battery pack if any cell voltage falls below the minimum safe level or temperature exceeds safe limits.

Communication Interface: Communicates with BEINING UPS or chargers via CAN bus, providing real-time data on state of charge, state of health, remaining runtime, and fault conditions.
