Battery safety remains a critical industry concern. BEINING lithium battery products utilize pouch-type LiFePO₄ cells that have passed rigorous tests including overcharge, drop, high temperature, extrusion, and puncture—with no fire or explosion. The LiFePO₄ chemistry offers inherent thermal stability advantages: it does not release oxygen even under extreme conditions, and the risk of thermal runaway is far lower than other lithium chemistries. Even over-discharge to zero volts causes no damage.

At the system level, BEINING‘s proprietary Battery Management System delivers comprehensive intelligent control from cell to system. The BMS integrates six core functions: real-time battery parameter monitoring, precise SOC calculation, battery information management, battery safety management, cell balancing control, and internal/external system communication. Through a three-tier architecture—cell-level real-time voltage and temperature monitoring, module-level state-of-charge balancing, and system-level overall charge/discharge strategy scheduling—the battery pack consistently operates within safe boundaries, effectively extending battery service life.

In terms of cycle life, lead-acid batteries deliver fewer than 300 deep discharge cycles, while lithium batteries exceed 2,000 cycles—substantially reducing long-term replacement costs.

While lead-acid batteries operate optimally at 25℃ with lifespan halved for every 10℃ rise, lithium batteries perform exceptionally well at high temperatures and maintain stable output in low-temperature environments. For charging, lithium batteries employ voltage-limited constant-current charging strategies, supporting fast charging and high-rate discharge, adapting to various harsh operating conditions.
